At Custom Built personal training we make it easy for just about anyone to afford our personal training services! We only charge $40.00 per session. Unlike allot of trainers out there who charge between $55.00 to $75.00 per session. All we ask is that you commit to training for a six week period three days per week so we can give you results. Any less than this will do nothing for you in regards to making gains in muscle mass or fat loss. If you cannot afford three days per week or $120.00 You can go once per week for $40.00 and train specific body parts like chest, biceps, and shoulders for six weeks and then switch to a differant group of body parts so you stay balanced in your development. As you can see this makes getting the results you desire more affordable than ever!
